About The Position
TPI Hospitality, a nationally recognized company with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Front Desk agent for the Hampton Inn in Spicer, MN. TPI owns and operates over 25+ hotels and restaurants throughout Minnesota and Florida. Our philosophy is to serve our guests, coworkers, and communities to create win-win outcomes. This is a part-time position, working every other weekend from 3-11pm. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
- Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
