Requirements

Ability to provide excellent guest service in accordance with Marriott standards.
Ability to focus on providing excellent guest service to all guests.
Ability to ensure guest surveys and intent to recommend and elite appreciation are exceptional.
Ability to offer guests a safe and secure place to stay.
Ability to answer questions and make recommendations about the hotel and local area.
Ability to complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.
Ability to ensure the hotel is run as a professional business.
Ability to provide coverage at the front desk.
Ability to be the first point of contact for guests.
