The Operations Supervisor will perform and lead the front desk operations during shifts, which include: Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and ensure that requests are met. This position will also support the Executive Office in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have six months’ experience in a hotel front desk position, possess excellent customer service skills, and the ability to engage both external and internal guests. The Operations Supervisor will also perform and support the Bistro Operations in food and beverage service. The Bistro is the food and beverage outlet of our hotel, offering an electric menu including a variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. The Operation Supervisor is to help assist/support with the AM/ or PM regarding food orders such as preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food, processing all orders and collecting payment from customers, as well as general cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to guests. Applicants must have a minimum of six months experience in food and beverage.
