As a key member of the front desk leadership team, the Front Desk Supervisor is accountable for the hotel’s front desk operations. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager and Assistant General Manager, the hotel’s Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of ethical leadership to lead the front desk team to deliver the highest standard of customer service while embracing the McKibbon Guiding Principles.
