About The Position

Big Horn Lodge in Moab, UT is seeking a dependable and personable Full-Time Guest Services Associate to join our hospitality team. Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
  • Professional, friendly, and attentive demeanor
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and managing arrivals and departures
  • Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations
  • Responding to guest needs and inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth daily operations
  • Handling cash and payments accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
  • Completing shift close-out tasks to support the next team member
