Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and professional judgment.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
  • Create positive first impressions during check-in and throughout each guest's stay.
  • Answer phone calls and guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, directions, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, confirming, and canceling guest stays.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and room availability information.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions with attention to detail.
  • Assist guests with luggage when needed.
  • Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local entertainment recommendations.
  • Promote hotel and Marriott loyalty programs and special offers.
  • Complete daily shift responsibilities and operational checklists.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
