The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. This role involves greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures using a Property Management System, handling financial transactions, identifying guest needs, and responding to requests. The agent will also take, update, and cancel reservations over the phone, ensuring excellent service throughout the process. The Hampton Inn by Hilton is located right off US-3, 15 minutes from Hanscom Air Force Base, and a 35-minute drive to Downtown Boston or Historic Salem, MA. It features 129 guest rooms, is near Great Brook State Park, and is three miles from Burlington Mall. Daily seasonal breakfast is served. The hotel is managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates, an award-winning company with a portfolio of 50 properties.
