About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. This is a full-time position responsible for providing friendly and efficient registration, guest settlement, and information services. The role involves ensuring guests have a satisfactory stay, answering questions about hotel services, and assisting with phone calls and luggage distribution. The Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center is a high-end private facility, closed to the public, with 1,400 rooms, multiple dining options, and extensive meeting space. It caters exclusively to professional clientele and offers associates access to amenities like a fitness center and jogging trails.

Requirements

Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
Good computer skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
Check guest out ensuring satisfactory stay at the hotel.
Be knowledgeable of all the services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
Assist with answering phones and distributing guest luggage.
