Requirements

• Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members.
• Demonstrate good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated organizational and computer skills, you may be using word, excel and power-point at any time.
• 1-2 years previous experience in same or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the three functions of the Front Office (Guest Services, PBX, and Bell Services).
• Responsible for providing a high level of attention and customer service to all internal and external clients.
• Make sure that each arriving guest has all the details of their stay confirmed so they can begin the Canyon Ranch experience immediately.
• Serve as the source of all knowledge, from restaurant hours to the best place to enjoy a quiet moment of reflection.
• Start guests on their journey with everything they will need.
