  • Maintain accuracy in processes, reporting, and documentation

  • Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all building systems and equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address safety hazards or operational issues.
  • Maintain guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and facility infrastructure in good working condition.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
  • Track maintenance work orders and document completed repairs.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.
  • Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
  • Assist with renovation projects, facility improvements, and capital expenditure initiatives.
  • Ensure all engineering equipment is operated safely and properly maintained to minimize downtime and guest impact.
