Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all building systems and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address safety hazards or operational issues.
Maintain guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and facility infrastructure in good working condition.
Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
Track maintenance work orders and document completed repairs.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.
Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
Assist with renovation projects, facility improvements, and capital expenditure initiatives.
Ensure all engineering equipment is operated safely and properly maintained to minimize downtime and guest impact.
