About The Position

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hotel or hospitality sales experience
Success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel locally within the West Valley City market

Nice To Haves

Multi-property or regional sales experience
Experience with Hilton, Marriott, or similar hotel brands
Established local business connections in the Utah market

Responsibilities

Create and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue across multiple hotel properties.
Generate new business through corporate, government, group, and extended-stay account development.
Meet with prospective and existing clients, conducting property tours, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Represent the properties at networking events and collaborate with hotel operations teams.
Develop and execute sales plans to enhance performance.
Respond to leads and RFPs.
Negotiate contracts that drive revenue.
Track sales activities through CRM systems.
Attend industry events.
Identify emerging market trends.
