About The Position

Join our team and help create a welcoming, delicious start to every guest’s day. This role is responsible for preparing and serving hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The attendant will set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service, and maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area. Providing superior guest service, fulfilling requests, and anticipating needs are key. Responsibilities also include clearing tables, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, conducting inventory of food items, stocking supplies, and assisting with product storage. The attendant must follow health and safety regulations and report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform, embracing the company culture.

Requirements

Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to efficiently spot and resolve problems.

Maintain a positive reputation within the community.
Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing.
May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.
Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.
Primarily inside with protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
