About The Position

Capital Vacations is urgently hiring for a Hotel Booking Agent in our Hotel Booking Department at our Springfield Call Center. This position is responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and performing data entry. The shift is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with additional hours potentially required to meet deadlines. Requirements

1+ year Administrative or Office work preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Fast learner who is eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in basic PC knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required
Must enjoy a team environment
Must be at least 18 to apply

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Office experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Check all Marketing Emails
Check all booking sheets to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available
Email or fax hotels and vendors
Keep up to date Blackout List
Check condo availability
Pull manifests for all arrivals
All other duties assigned
