About The Position
The Cincinnati is a luxury Marriott property located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. We are currently looking for a banquet set up with previous experience cleaning banquet space Bathroom and meeting rooms and open availability. Performing set up meeting space and special events weddings/corporate and holiday party while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner.
Requirements
- A previous f&b or banquet experience required.
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement, and setting up a buffet.
- Carrying plates of food on trays and cleaning kitchen.
- Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils.
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
