To serve food and beverages at banquet functions in a timely manner and in an environment of teamwork. Duties include maintaining conference operation locations according to Banquet Event Orders, cleaning and setting up function rooms, providing amenities, refreshing rooms during breaks, breaking down rooms after functions, completing special projects, providing manual labor for equipment delivery and pickup, accommodating special customer needs, caring for and maintaining equipment, and picking up, sorting, and storing linen.
