About The Position

Monitors and directs all parking traffic and activity via direct reports. Schedules staff to ensure quality guest service while maintaining proper labor controls. Assures compliance with New Jersey casino regulations and other required regulations. May perform other duties as assigned. Starting Rate $60,000.00

Requirements

  • 3-4 years prior Supervisory or Management experience in Casino Hotel Environment
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Casino Employee Registration
  • Driver’s License
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with LMS
  • CER License is Required

Responsibilities

  • Schedules staff to ensure quality guest service while maintaining proper labor controls
  • Assures smooth and safe vehicle movement in all drive-thru’s, lots and garages
  • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees
  • Continuously improves service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback, data and behavior
  • Clearly communicates and enforces company policies and procedures and, department goals
  • Addresses employee performance issues, coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback
  • Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times
  • Assists with preparation of annual budget and meets or exceeds yearly operational budget plan
  • Provides supervision and oversight of Valet Operations, Self Park and Front Office teams
  • Assists with recruiting, hiring and training of staff, establishes realistic and measurable service standards and holds employees accountable for meeting standards
