About The Position

Renjoy manages over 200 vacation homes in Colorado Springs, and the hot tub is a critical feature for guests. This role is responsible for the condition, cleanliness, and chemical balance of all hot tubs within the portfolio, ensuring they are safe and guest-ready. It involves independent field work, making real-time decisions on water chemistry and equipment, and escalating issues as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-managed, and takes pride in their work.

Requirements

Valid Colorado driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle
Comfortable working independently across multiple properties daily and managing own route
Eye for equipment condition and a working understanding of water chemistry (or eagerness to build it fast)
Detail-oriented with the ability to document visits completely and accurately
Ability to hold oneself to a high standard even when unobserved
Comfortable using a smartphone app to log tasks, record findings, and submit documentation
Hold a CPO certification or be willing to complete the online Pool Training Academy course within the first two weeks.

Responsibilities

Filter Inspection and Maintenance: Photograph and rate initial cleanliness, remove, inspect, rinse, and deep clean filters. Replace damaged or worn filters. Record filter details and document all actions taken. Photograph filters after cleaning or replacement.
Operational Checks: Inspect hot tub covers, test and confirm all jets are functioning, and determine if a full water dump is needed and perform it.
Water Quality and Final Check: Test water chemistry using test strips, adjust to meet standards, and rate/photograph final water clarity and the completed test strip for documentation.
Notes and Escalation: Document any additional concerns (leaks, noises, damaged components, missing parts) and escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the operations team the same day.
Property Etiquette: Announce arrival, conduct work professionally and respectfully, and leave the hot tub area clean and undisturbed.
