Responsibilities

Operate Raque machinery
Change / Adjust rolls of film
Change printer solution
Adjust weights, change labeler and adjust speed, load trays
Working knowledge of metal detector / X-Ray procedures
Be able to reset alarms on Spiral HMI
Perform line cleans
Identify quality seal
Ability to start and reset channelizer
Knowledge of the spiral freezer/channelizer alarms.
Understand and complete required paperwork / IQS Entries
Knowledge of yield, downtime, HACCP, batch
Knowledge of Quality, Safety and HR protocol
Make air pressure and denester adjustments; have a thorough understanding of SPC
Proficiency operating both the Raque and Onpack (Bag on Tub)
Thorough understanding of the check weigher pertaining to yields (SPC)
Knowledge and understanding of Raque computer screens
Knowledge of cook kettle air valve
Advanced troubleshooting and ability to make minor repairs (i.e. change/clean printer head on Video Jet; film mandrel adjustments; change filler hose)
Advanced knowledge of cook/fill process (be able to troubleshoot problems—ie: thin/thick product, seal head concerns, etc.)
Ability to change CIP pipes and assemble Raque
All other duties assigned
