Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with industrial controls and equipment
- Ability to operate or learn hot sink systems
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to follow procedures and safety requirements
- Time‑management skills and reliability
- Comfortable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses)
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare parts to ensure they're ready for quality inspection
- Inspect parts for cosmetic issues and report any concerns
- Drain, fill, and operate hot sinks safely and efficiently
- Perform basic equipment maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
- Manage material flow through the hot sink area
- Communicate issues and improvement ideas to your team
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
