About The Position

Produce quality food goods in a consistent standardized manner for the full service case. Serve customers from hot case and deli. Maintain department cleanliness, organization and all standards of sanitation and safety. Maintain quality assurance and consistency of finished products. Assist in recognition and communication of perishables as well as supplies for the kitchen to superiors. As needed, prepare the storeroom, freezer, and walk-ins for inventory.

Requirements

Culinary training or equivalent (2 years) experience required
Over 18 years of age
Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen work flow
Knowledge of weights and measures
Able to prioritize work and handle multiple concurrent tasks
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift 20 pounds on a regular basis
