Requirements

• Valid CDL with the required endorsements for tractor-trailer operation.
• Experience operating yard trucks, tractors, or commercial vehicles.

• Commitment to safety and following procedures while keeping the yard organized.

Responsibilities

• Move and position trailers and containers within the yard.
• Spot trailers at dock doors for loading and unloading.
• Inspect yard trucks and report mechanical issues.
• Organize the yard by directing carrier personnel and ensuring trailers are parked properly.
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Communicate trailer movements and yard conditions with the team.
• Report damage immediately to help prevent delays.
