About The Position

Princess Anne Country Club is seeking a polished, personable, and detail-oriented Hostess to provide an exceptional first impression for members and guests. This role is essential in delivering a high-end, welcoming experience that reflects the club’s standards of service and hospitality.

Requirements

• Requires standing for extended periods
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events (e.g., weddings, member functions, and seasonal events)

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in fine dining, hospitality, or private clubs preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hospitality-first mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor required for a private club environment
• Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced, upscale setting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and by name when possible
• Manage reservations, private dining schedules, and member preferences with accuracy
• Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure an efficient and elevated dining experience
• Maintain clear communication with service staff and management
• Provide accurate wait times while ensuring member satisfaction
• Answer phone calls and assist with dining inquiries and event information
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areas
• Uphold the club’s standards of etiquette, appearance, and discretion
