Requirements

Professional, friendly, and hospitality-focused.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with team leadership.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced dining environment.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Assist with seating, reservations, phone calls, and to-go orders.
Provide menus, share daily specials, and communicate special requests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked host stand.
Support the Lead Hostess and service team to ensure smooth service.
Complete opening and closing duties and participate in required meetings and training.
Maintain a professional, collaborative, and service-focused environment.
