The Hostess serves as the first point of contact for dine-in guests, welcoming them warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival. This role involves managing the flow of incoming guests, efficiently addressing their needs, and directing them as needed. The Hostess will utilize a table manager system to coordinate accurate seating, reservations, and wait times. Additionally, they will receive incoming calls, take reservations, and assist with answering guest questions in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintaining a clean and orderly hostess area, adhering to quality standards, and participating in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers are also key responsibilities. Other work-related duties may be assigned as needed.
