- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about menu items and specials to guests as needed.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
