About The Position

Join our team as a Host/Hostess and play a vital role in our restaurant's success. You will collaborate closely with our exceptional team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, supporting both our servers and kitchen staff. Eagle’s Trace is a beautiful 70-acre continuing care retirement community in West Houston, Texas. Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred
• Ability to safely lift or move with designated equipment, up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining front entrance and lobby.
• Greet residents and guests warmly and welcomingly upon their arrival.
• Provide the appropriate number of menus when escorting guests to their tables.
• Communicate effectively with guests, manage crowds, and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for their table.
• Answer the phone professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
