We're renowned for our stunning scenic views, tropical atmosphere, and status as a premier dining destination with an ocean view in the Florida Keys. If you're looking to bring your energy and charm to a place where every meal feels like a mini-vacation, you've found your spot! Your Mission: Setting the Scene for Unforgettable Meals As our Host/Hostess, you'll be the friendly face that kicks off our guests' amazing dining experience. You'll juggle seating, manage reservations, and ensure every visitor feels right at home in our bustling, laid-back paradise. This role is all about creating that perfect first (and last!) impression.

Requirements

Hospitality Heart: Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel, or restaurant setting is a big plus!
Communication Charm: Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
Multitasking Marvel: You can handle multiple tasks like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
Detail Detective: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills keep things humming.
Phone Ph.D.: Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to confidently handle reservations.

Nice To Haves

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SkyTab POS systems and OpenTable, would be awesome.

Communication King/Queen: Chat with the kitchen team to help ensure speedy service and accurate order delivery.
Table Transformer: Lend a hand with cleaning and setting up tables, keeping everything spotless and ready.
Guest Guru: Handle all guest inquiries, special requests, or even complaints with patience and professionalism – you're a problem-solver with a smile!
