About The Position
The Country Club Restaurant Hostess plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and refined dining experience for all members and guests. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or club environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and communication.

Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide courteous assistance throughout their dining experience.
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently to maximize dining room capacity without compromising service quality.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times clearly and professionally to guests.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely seating arrangements.
- Monitor dining room conditions, including cleanliness and ambiance, and report any issues to management promptly.
- Assist with answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about the restaurant and club amenities.
- Handle special requests and accommodate guests’ needs with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the team during peak hours by managing guest traffic and assisting with other front-of-house duties as needed.
