About The Position

The role supports restaurant operations by coordinating personnel and guest service, managing reservations, welcoming diners, maintaining dining-room service stations, and handling payments and shift receipts. Requirements

High school education.
Be a team player.
Ability to multitask.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers and calculators.
Basic mathematical skills to make change and issue refunds.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate restaurant personnel activities to provide guests with fast and courteous service.
Schedule dining reservations and arrange special services for diners.
Greet and escort guests and provide menus.
Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
Collect payments from guests.
Total receipts at the end of the shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
