About The Position

Be the first smile families see — and set the tone for their entire visit. As a Host, you’re often the first point of contact for families arriving at Waterworks Aquatics. You create a welcoming, organized, and positive lobby experience while helping families navigate their visit with ease. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that blends hospitality, communication, and multitasking in a fun, energetic environment.

At least 15 years old.
CPR, AED, and First Aid (Infant/Child/Adult) certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Greet families warmly and create a positive first impression.
Answer questions about facility layout, lesson logistics, programs, and amenities.
Direct families to lessons or the front desk for account-related assistance.
Help manage lobby flow and expedite lines during peak times.
Assist with retail and snack shop purchases using the POS system.
Maintain a clean, dry, and safe lobby, restroom, and changing areas.
Conduct facility tours and support special events or birthday parties as needed.
Proactively assist families and team members to keep operations running smoothly.
