- Food handlers certification
- Work Authorization: United States Citizen or Undocumented Noncitizen authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Welcome and connect with every guest, provide friendly and personable service
- Create an initial positive Zinc Guest Experience with accurate wait quotes and full engagement
- Efficient front desk management with station rotations, minimal down time of empty tables, avoidance of wave seating providing a smooth flow of orders into the kitchen and back out to the serves
- Constant communication with managers on duty and fellow hosts using radios
- Communicate with servers and bartenders to ensure timing and service flow
- Properly answer the phone
- Communicate with managers on duty throughout your shift
- Understand the reservation system and how to proper use
- Ensuring all areas around work station are clean
- Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude
- Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers
- Maintain customer privacy, behave with open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity
- Follow all safety and state guidelines for preventing transmission of Covid-19 and other illnesses
