About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing hospitality and service. The role involves welcoming Guests, managing the wait list, communicating concerns to a Manager, answering and directing telephone calls, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Hosts should be friendly and caring, work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, and be able to stand for long periods and safely lift and maneuver food trays when needed. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
