About The Position

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a Host for its Guest Services team at Del Mar Naples. Guest Services creates a positive first impression and makes guests feel welcome by phone and in person. The team manages dining-room seating to support service quality, guest satisfaction, and sales opportunities. Hosts are expected to demonstrate genuine hospitality, leadership, kindness, positivity, a “Yes is the Answer!” mentality, and a commitment to teamwork, family, and community. Associates must follow restaurant standards and procedures, safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, and emergency procedures. Newly hired associates are subject to E-Verify employment eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time according to the work schedule and maintain a clean uniform and good personal hygiene throughout each shift.
Demonstrate hospitality standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Work cooperatively with management and co-workers and assist with duties when needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know the restaurant’s emergency procedures.
Perform assigned duties and maintain knowledge of the standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
Create a positive first impression and welcome guests by phone and in person.
Manage dining-room seating to support service quality, guest satisfaction, and sales opportunities.
