About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest's experience at Chili's by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. They help create a safe and welcoming restaurant environment, manage the wait list, answer and direct telephone calls, and communicate Guest concerns to a Manager when appropriate. Hosts also support fellow Team Members as needed. The role requires working on your feet for long periods and safely lifting and maneuvering food trays when necessary. No experience is necessary. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities
