About The Position
The Host begins each Guest’s experience by providing a warm welcome and hospitality consistent with Chili’s service standards. The role includes managing the wait list, answering and directing telephone calls, communicating Guest concerns to a Manager when appropriate, and helping fellow Team Members. Hosts contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
