About The Position

The Host greets and seats guests according to established guest service guidelines. The role answers phones and coordinates reservations, special guest requests, and messages; responds to guest requests or connects guests with the appropriate person for assistance; and answers questions about menu items, pricing, specials, and promotional events. The Host also assists servers and bussers when needed.

Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills, an outgoing personality, and demonstrated friendliness and enthusiasm.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leaders.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.
