Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a warm, personable, sincere, and friendly manner.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and create person and memorable experiences and solutions.
  • Provide and create positive environment for everyone in the restaurant.
  • Receive calls and book reservations for the guest.
  • Collaborate and communicate with departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
  • Perform all other duties as requested by the restaurant manager.
