Requirements

• Exceptional verbal communication and professionalism
• Customer service-oriented
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to work long shifts on occasion (10+ hours)
• Available to work nights/weekends/select holidays

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a friendly, warm manner
• Provide accurate wait times, monitor waiting list, and manage reservations
• Assist service staff when necessary
• Provide patrons with menus and escort to their table
• Seat customers quickly and efficiently to enhance the quality of their experience
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols
