About The Position

Friendship Village is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Dining Team. You will provide prompt, efficient, courteous, and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community. This role requires an upbeat, positive personality with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to all who enter our facility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organization
• A passion and drive to provide exceptional service
• Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seat residents and guests as they arrive
• Manager reservations and organize seating plans to balance server workload
• Provide updates to customers on wait times and ensure
• Assist with providing work direction to Dining Associates (servers)
