About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service that reflects Chili’s. The role welcomes Guests, manages the wait list, answers and directs phone calls, communicates concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and supports fellow Team Members in maintaining a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
