About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring Hosts to welcome guests and help create an exceptional dining experience. The role includes managing the restaurant waiting list during busy periods, setting accurate expectations for guests, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Requirements
- Have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Be able to assist guests and demonstrate strong guest-relations skills.
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and make every guest feel welcome upon arrival.
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high-volume periods and accurately set guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete assigned cleaning.
