About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service in a Chili’s restaurant. The role centers on warmly welcoming Guests, helping them feel special, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. Hosts manage the wait list, answer and direct telephone calls, communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and support fellow Team Members as needed. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
