Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to someone enthusiastic who believes great food depends on great hospitality and who uses their personality to connect with others and make people feel special. Food Runners are hired primarily with opportunities to grow quickly into server roles. Chili’s is a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. The company emphasizes service, hospitality, and giving back, with a commitment to delivering a great experience to every Guest.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
