Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests. Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed. Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit. Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service. Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus!
