Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant’s system.
- Coordinate seating to maximize efficiency while maintaining an excellent guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with servers and managers about guest needs, table status, and flow of service.
- Answer phones, take reservations, and provide accurate wait time estimates.
- Assist with menus, special requests, and accommodating guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
- Support the team during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations.
