About The Position
Cane Rosso at Hillcrest Village is looking for experienced Hosts and To-Go rockstars to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, can remain calm during busy periods, and enjoy working with a team that shares a passion for pizza, Star Wars, dogs, and having a good time. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hosting experience
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely caring personality
- Ability to stay on your feet and stay energized during busy shifts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask like a pro
- A love for learning, teamwork, and delivering true hospitality
Nice To Haves
- Open availability for days, nights, and weekends is a big plus
- Experience with OpenTable Guest Center may qualify you for higher pay
Responsibilities
- Be the warm, friendly face that welcomes guests and sends them off happy
- Manage seating, waitlists, and reservations using OpenTable Guest Center
- Keep the flow moving smoothly by working closely with the FOH team and MOD
- Answer phones promptly and handle guest questions with confidence
- Help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running like a well-oiled pizza machine
