Requirements

At least 1–2 years of full-service management experience.

High-energy, resilient, and ready to take on the challenge of running a restaurant.

Experience in the pizza industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the FOH & BOH teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and coaching.
Maintain high service standards and ensure legendary guest experiences.
Manage labor, food, beverage, and expenses effectively.
Engage in marketing, advertising, and community partnerships to drive business.
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
Ensure the restaurant is safe, secure, and health-code compliant.
Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness.
Collaborate with HR on staffing, benefits, and team development.
Mentor and develop managers to foster leadership growth.
