Requirements

Experience in high volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred.
Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-pace setting.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage the reservation system and seat guests efficiently to maintain proper flow.
Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests regarding table availability.
Answer guest inquiries and assist in making their dining experience exceptional.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth guest transitions and a high level of service.
