About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service that reflects Chili’s. The role welcomes Guests, manages the wait list, answers and directs telephone calls, communicates Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts also support fellow Team Members when appropriate. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
